Invoice & Quotes: Services are prepaid in full, and quotes are valid for 7 days.

Trade Accounts: Paid on the last business day of each month.

Refunds: We have a no-refund policy on all purchases.

Credits are to be used within 24 months from the purchase date. Thereafter, the credit will expire.
